shipping information ˚.⁺⊹

i ship from: pawtucket, RI

i ship to: anywhere in the US. currently, I am unable to do international shipping.

when i ship: i ship mondays and fridays!!

shipping delays: while i try my best to avoid any delays, i have a health condition that causes chronic pain and fatigue. this can interfere with my ability to pack and ship out orders. if i'm having a bad health day and i have to delay shipping, i will always let the buyer know. it also may take me a few additional days to ship shoes.

packaging: i use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible!! i use biodegradable mailers for most items and cardboard boxes with biodegradable packing peanuts for shoes. i use plastic packaging tape on boxes as i just don't have an eco-friendlier option on hand.

all items come from my closet or from my friends' closets. i do not buy clothing just to sell it as i feel it is unfair to the buyer to pay more than i did for an item.

i wash items before sending them, the only exceptions being shoes, plushies, accessories, and brand-new items with original tags/packaging.

policies ˚.⁺⊹

prices: my prices are usually fairly firm, but i am open to offers on any items over $4.

discounts: i do not send offers to people who like or bag my items!! if i'm willing to give an item for less, i'll simply apply a discount.

holds: i do not take holds!! first come, first served.

trades: i currently don't do trades.

under most circumstances, i do not offer refunds. but if you have an issue with your recent purchase, message me and i'll see what i can do!!
